Khalidiya Towers is a pair of residential towers in Al Khalidiyah, the established central district of Abu Dhabi island a few streets back from the Corniche, with the Khalidiyah Mall, the Corniche beach, schools and hospitals within a short walk. The apartments are large by island standards, two to four bedrooms with maid’s rooms and balconies, over underground parking.
Al Khalidiyah is a rental district: most of the island’s established towers are held by single owners and let rather than sold unit by unit, which is why Khalidiya Towers appears in rental searches far more than in sales and why no public register cell exists for it. Rents quoted in the market run from the mid fifties to the low hundreds of thousands a year depending on size and floor; the desk confirms current asking rents on request.
In Al Khalidiyah on Abu Dhabi island, a few streets inland from the Corniche and close to Khalidiyah Mall, with schools, hospitals and the Corniche beach walkable.
Al Khalidiyah is outside Abu Dhabi’s investment zones and its established towers are held for letting rather than sold to individuals, so the building is a rental address. Foreign buyers looking to own in the capital are directed to the investment zones such as Saadiyat, Yas, Reem and Al Raha Beach.
