Equity Edge Real Estate — How to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data

This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data that Equity Edge Real Estate L.L.C ("we", "us") holds about you in connection with your interaction with us via:
- Instagram (@jake_nazer)
- TikTok (@jake_nazer)
- Our website (equityedge.ae)
- Our AI-assisted lead qualification system ("the Reply Agent")

1. How to submit a deletion request
To request that we delete your personal data, send an email to:
admin@equityedge.ae
with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
In your email, please include:
- Your full name (the name you used when communicating with us, if different)
- The phone number you used when communicating with us (in international format, e.g. +9715xxxxxxxx)
- The email address you used when communicating with us, if any
- The Instagram, TikTok, or other social media handle you used when communicating with us, if any
- Confirmation that you are the owner of the contact details above and authorised to request deletion
If you contact us through Instagram, TikTok, or WhatsApp instead of email, please clearly state that you are submitting a Data Deletion Request and provide the information listed above.
2. What we will do
Within thirty (30) days of receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity — we may ask you to confirm details from your previous communications with us, to ensure we delete the right person's data and protect against fraudulent requests.
- Delete or anonymise your personal data held in our internal systems, including our customer relationship management system (HubSpot), the conversation transcripts captured by the Reply Agent, and any internal notes or task records relating to your enquiry.
- Send you confirmation by email or via the channel you contacted us on, once deletion is complete.
3. What we may need to retain
We may need to retain certain information after a deletion request if and to the extent required by applicable law, including:
- Records required for anti-money-laundering, sanctions, fraud-prevention, or other regulatory compliance
- Records required by the Dubai Land Department or the Real Estate Regulatory Agency in relation to a completed transaction
- Records required for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims
- Records required by court order or other binding legal obligation
Where we retain information for these reasons, it is restricted to the minimum necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
4. Data held by third-party platforms
We use third-party platforms and service providers to operate our channels (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp via WATI, email providers, HubSpot, and others). Deleting your data from our internal systems does not delete the underlying messages held by those third parties.
To remove your data from those platforms, please contact each platform directly using their own deletion procedures:
- Instagram / Meta: facebook.com/help/contact/507739850846588
- TikTok: support.tiktok.com — Privacy → Data Request
- WhatsApp: faq.whatsapp.com — Account → Delete my account
- HubSpot: contact us at admin@equityedge.ae and we will arrange deletion from our HubSpot CRM as described above
