What happens after you message us
Your message goes to the desk that covers it, not to a shared inbox. Off-plan enquiries reach the launch desk, resale and rental enquiries reach the advisor who covers that community, and seller enquiries go to whoever holds the comparable data for your building. An advisor replies inside office hours, usually within the hour.
The first reply is a real answer rather than a request for a call. If you have named a budget and an area, expect registered sale or rent figures for that area, two or three options that fit, and a straight view on whether the numbers work. If something you have asked about is a poor buy at today's prices, you will hear that in the first reply, not after a viewing.
Nothing is booked until you want it booked. There is no obligation to view, no qualification call before you get information, and your details are never passed to another brokerage or sold on as a lead.
Which desk you need
Buying off-plan. Launch allocations, payment plans and developer delivery records across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Start on the off-plan board if you want to shortlist before you message.
Buying ready property. Secondary market sales priced against registered transactions in the same building. The buy page carries the live inventory, and the sold prices pages carry what actually registered.
Renting. Homes benchmarked against registered Ejari contracts rather than portal asking rents, plus the RERA rent increase calculator if you are dealing with a renewal notice.
Selling or letting out. A valuation built from the registered sales in your building, with the comparable sheet, inside 24 hours. Start on the sell page.
Getting to the office
The One Tower sits in Barsha Heights (formerly Tecom), just off Sheikh Zayed Road. The nearest metro is Dubai Internet City on the red line, about a seven minute walk. Parking is available in the building. We are a fifteen to twenty minute drive from Dubai Marina, Downtown and Al Barsha outside peak hours.

Common questions before getting in touch
How quickly will someone reply?
Inside office hours, usually within the hour and always the same working day. Messages that arrive on a Sunday or after 18:00 GST are answered first thing the next working morning. WhatsApp is the fastest route because it reaches the advisor directly rather than a shared inbox.
Will I speak to a real broker or a call centre?
A licensed advisor, every time. We do not run a lead-qualification call centre and we do not sell or share your details with other brokerages. The person who replies is the one who covers the community or the desk you asked about, and their RERA licence number is on their profile page.
Can I visit the office?
Yes. We are at Unit 2003, The One Tower, Barsha Heights, Dubai, on the Sheikh Zayed Road side near the Dubai Internet City metro. Drop us a message first so the right person is in, viewings and valuations take advisors out of the office through most of the day.
I am outside the UAE, is that a problem?
No. Most of our clients buy from overseas. Calls run on WhatsApp or video, documents go through e-signature, and the steps that legally need someone present can be covered by a power of attorney. Tell us your time zone in the message and we will book a slot that works rather than calling at 2am.
What should I include in my first message?
Budget range, whether you are buying to live in or to let, and either the communities you are considering or the return you are aiming for. That is enough for an advisor to come back with real options rather than a request for more information.
