About the project
IRTH's first fully branded development: a first-of-its-kind, art-led office destination in Business Bay, where a professionally curated mixed-media art collection runs through the building's public spaces. Fifteen office floors, up to 225 individual office units with private outdoor space on many layouts, and 60,000 sqft of amenities within garden-pocketed grounds near the Dubai Canal. The Collectors Program gives owners shared ownership of the building's curated art portfolio — funded entirely by IRTH at no cost to buyers, stewarded and reinvested as the collection appreciates.

What are the fees on top of the price?
