Who La Mer suits: and who it doesn't

The register files La Mer inside Jumeirah First, which also holds the old Jumeirah villa streets, so the area medians here run high and mix products; the building tables for the Port de La Mer towers are the number to read. It is a scarce product, low-rise and beachfront in the old city, and it prices like one. Buy it as an end-user or a long holder; the yield will not carry it, the address will. , Equity Edge analyst note

Where La Mer sits

La Mer is Meraas’s beachfront district in Jumeirah 1, a low-rise seaside quarter of restaurants, the Laguna waterpark and a public beach, with Port de La Mer’s marina-side apartments, La Côte, La Rive, La Sirène and La Voile, and the Sur La Mer townhouses behind it. It is one of very few places in Dubai where a freehold home stands on the sand within fifteen minutes of DIFC and Downtown.
