How built is it, really? RERA inspects every registered project and records a completion percentage. That number, not the render, is what your handover date rests on. Search any Dubai project and see it, with the building’s registered sale prices beside it.

Three things it tells you that a sales office will not. Whether the curve matches the payment plan: milestones are meant to track construction, and a plan collecting 60% against a project inspected at 30% is a question worth asking. Whether handover is realistic: a project at 45% is not completing in six months, whatever the countdown says. And whether progress has stalled: a percentage that has not moved between our monthly refreshes is the earliest honest warning a project can give.
We refresh the register monthly alongside our registered price data, so the completion curve and what buyers actually paid sit side by side, which is how an off-plan decision should be looked at.
