Getting the money there
Poland places no restriction on residents buying property abroad. Zloty convert to dirhams as an ordinary international transfer, and on six-figure conversions a currency broker reliably beats the branch rate.
Polish buyers are one of Dubai’s fastest-growing European groups, drawn by registered gross yields of 5–8% and a dollar-pegged market. Off-plan money is protected in DLD-supervised escrow; ready property transfers as registered title on the day.

Can Polish citizens own Dubai property outright?
Yes, full freehold in the designated zones, with title registered at the Dubai Land Department in your name. No local partner and no Poland-side approval needed.
Do I need to fly out to buy?
No. A notarised and attested power of attorney lets a representative complete for you, and direct flights from Warsaw and Kraków make handover visits easy when you do want to come.
Does AED 2M get me the Golden Visa?
