Where East Hill sits

East Hill is a hillside villa district on Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi, by Modon. It sits on the island’s raised ground, so the homes look out over the water on one side and towards the Abu Dhabi skyline on the other, a rare elevation in a city built at sea level. The district is planned as large plots and low density villas, with the island’s beaches, cycle track and the Hudayriyat 360 sports precinct a few minutes below. East Hill is sold off plan by Modon in releases. Plot sizes, villa types and prices are set per release, so the desk works from Modon’s current price list rather than a headline figure.
