Form A

The RERA contract between a seller and their broker in Dubai. Signing Form A authorises the agency to market the property, sets the agreed price and commission, and is registered through the Trakheesi system. Without a live Form A, a Dubai listing is not legally marketable.

A seller can sign Form A with up to three agencies. It records the marketing price, commission, listing period and whether the broker may advertise on portals. If an agent cannot produce one, the listing is either not real or not theirs, and the advert itself is a RERA violation.
