The RERA form that terminates an existing listing agreement in Dubai. A seller signs Form U to end a Form A with one agency, which they must do before validly re-listing the property with another broker.
If you are switching agencies, insist on a signed Form U from the outgoing broker. Without it the old Form A can stay live in Trakheesi, block the new listing, and create commission claims on a sale the first agency had nothing to do with.
