A refundable deposit, commonly AED 20,000 to 100,000, that registers your interest in an upcoming launch before sales open. EOI holders get priority access on launch day to pick units before the public; if you do not buy, the deposit is returned.
EOIs are how hot launches actually allocate: by the public launch, the best stacks are gone to EOI holders. Confirm the refund terms in writing and how the queue order works, developer practice varies from strict timestamps to broker allocations.
