PSF (price per square foot)

Price divided by area, the UAE’s standard unit for comparing property prices. A 1,000 sqft apartment at AED 1.5M is AED 1,500 psf. Meaningful only within like-for-like comparisons: same area, same product type, ideally same building and condition.
The trap is comparing asking psf with registered psf, or a high-floor sea view with a road-facing low floor. This site’s medians are registered-transaction psf by area and type, which is the honest baseline to judge any asking price against.
