Abu Dhabi Tram Line 4

A tram line announced by the Abu Dhabi Transport Company connecting Yas Island to Al Raha, Zayed International Airport and Etihad Plaza. Construction was slated to start in 2026 with completion set for 2030. The full station list is not yet published.

What it means for property

This one is worth watching, because unlike the metro its corridor is named and it runs through stock the desk actively sells. Yas Island, Al Raha and the Etihad Plaza side all sit on it, and a fixed link between them and the airport is the kind of connection that shows up in rents before it shows up in prices. Dates on schemes at this stage move, so buy the home rather than the tram.
