The next line, in build for 2029: 30 kilometres linking Dubai Creek Harbour, Festival City, Mirdif, International City, Silicon Oasis and Academic City to both existing lines, with the tallest metro station in the world planned at Creek Harbour.

This is the buy-ahead line. Every district it touches is priced today as car-only; in 2029 they become metro districts. Creek Harbour, International City and Silicon Oasis carry a dated, funded, under-construction catalyst, which is as good as infrastructure signals get.
