Ras Al Khaimah’s airport, south of the city. Small by UAE standards and served mainly by regional and charter traffic, with the emirate’s tourism growth resting more on the road link to Dubai than on the airport itself.
Not the driver of the RAK story, and it would be overselling to present it as one. What moves property there is the leisure and gaming build-out on Al Marjan Island; the airport is a convenience for residents rather than a demand engine. Most visitors still arrive through Dubai.
