The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, the emirate’s equivalent of the Dubai Land Department. ADREC regulates the Abu Dhabi market, registers transactions and tenancies, and publishes the registered sales data behind this site’s Abu Dhabi numbers.
Abu Dhabi’s registry publishes less detail than Dubai’s, no rental feed at project level for instance, which is why some Abu Dhabi pages on this site show sales medians without yields. Where a number exists, it is registered, not asking.
