Private offices licensed by the DLD where Dubai property transfers actually happen. Buyer and seller (or their POAs) meet at a Registration Trustee office, cheques change hands, the trustee processes the transfer in the DLD system and the new title deed is issued, usually the same day.
The trustee fee is AED 4,000 plus VAT on sales above AED 500,000 (AED 2,000 below). Book the appointment only once the NOC is issued and the manager’s cheques are ready; a missing document sends everyone home to rebook.
