The DLD system that issues advertising permits for Dubai property listings. Every legitimate listing on a portal carries a Trakheesi permit number tied to a live Form A, which is how Dubai polices fake and duplicated adverts.
If a portal listing has no permit number, or the same unit appears at three prices from three agencies, Trakheesi is the tell: at most one of them holds the real mandate. Ask the agent for the permit number and listing form.
