The Dubai Land Department’s self-service app. Owners use Dubai REST to view their title deeds, check service charge invoices, track rental payments, and verify project and broker registrations without visiting a DLD office.
Buyers can use it for due diligence too: verify a title deed is genuine, check a project’s completion percentage, and confirm a broker’s licence before handing anyone a cheque.
